This is the promise of Michelin-starred Chef Alessandro Ferrarini who, along with his kitchen brigade, consistently surprises guests in unexpected ways, dish after dish. The gourmet experience features three curated tasting menus—Sea, Land, and Plant-based. For those who wish to fully embrace the Chef's creativity, there is also a 'freestyle' blind tasting option. Additionally, guests can personalize their dining experience by selecting two or three dishes from the tasting menus to create their own bespoke experience.
